2024 Low Season Rates
We offer special monthly pricing for the low-season months. Our apartments are ideal for long-term low-season stays for the following reasons:
Best location in town for access to nearly everything, including Santa Teresa beach
Pool on the property
Unbeatable wifi connectivity, even during power outages, which are much more common during the rainy season. Our internet uses Starlink which isn’t reliant on the local internet connectivity and has a battery backup (up to 20 hours of continuous internet power). We also have dedicated wifi access points in every apartment so there are no issues with wifi losing strength due to cement walls.
Dedicated workstations in each apartment.
Parking on property
Noise dampening roof so loud rain doesn’t become annoying during heavy rainstorms.
Regular cleaning service, dedicated property manager, and dedicated property maintenance personnel.
We also have (1) one quad ATV and (2) beginner Zeus boards for monthly rentals during your stay.

Terms
$500 - Refundable security deposit (refunded immediately after you exit)
Payments are due on the first of the month and are non-refundable
30 day notice if you decide to break the term early

All major international credit cards (additional 5% will be applied)
