Oasis is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment located in the best area of Santa Teresa. Very few properties in Santa Teresa offer what we do: a 5-min walk to the beach (surfing), a pool, quick access to a supermarket (2-min walk), and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

The property can support up to 4 guests with two queen bedrooms , 2 children, and 1 bathroom. The property is ideal for two couples or families that want bunk beds for children.

Oasis is a well equipped apartment with two private bedrooms offering queen beds, ideal for two couples. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit (A/C) ensuring you are comfortable in your bed day and night. All of the mattresses are high quality foam mattresses imported from the USA for your comfort. The apartment has a large bathroom with a hot water shower. Enjoy the comforts of a full kitchen, oven with stove top, fridge, coffee maker and cookware. The kitchen is large making it easy to cook any type of meal during your stay.

The large private terrace has a large family sized table, hammock, sofa and outdoor shower. There is a pool area available in case you want to take a dip after a long day in the Costa Rican sun.

Our high speed internet is professionally installed and offers a dedicated Wifi access point for your individual studio for unbelievable reliability, ability to plug directly via ethernet wire, and full backup power in case of full city electricity outages.

The property is in a street very close to the main road, quiet and all flat, you do not have to climb a mountain and has very easy access. You are NOT required to use a 4x4 to access the road or property. The apartment and terrace is private for just you.

The pool is shared with other guests on the property. We offer self check-in and a secured storage area to store your belongings if you choose to check in early or check out late.

We do offer on-site parking, however parking is limited and you must notify us prior to arriving in order to reserve your spot.
