Direct Payment Links

Paying directly usually means we both save money, however, there are some caveats. Please use the following links to determine the additional costs when paying direct:

Guest is paying from USA bank/service

Guest is paying from a non-USA bank/service

Guest is paying from USA bank/service

0% transaction fees are incurred if a guest is paying from a USA bank/service if they use one of the following payment services. Please note the instructions to avoid any additional fees:

Guest is paying from a non-USA bank/service

If a guest is paying from a non-USA bank/service they will likely incur a service fee. Preferred methods of payment (in this order):

  1. Cash (0%)

    • Either CRC or USD is fine.

    • No additional fees incurred

  2. Wise.com (0% + local fees)

    • Wise.com or a similar international money transfer service where the guest incurs the fee

    • Guest incurs any fees. Must set that Villa Fortuna (recipient) receives exactly as quoted in USD ($).

    • Property manager will send bank details.

  3. Credit Card (5%)

    • Incurs 5% additional fee

    • Property manager will send payment link.

  4. Paypal (5%)

    • Incurs 5% additional fee

    • Use email address: paypal@villafortunast.com or https://paypal.me/villafortunast

    • Instructions - please ensure that the payment is not set as a “purchase for good and service”; otherwise, this will require another charge in addition the 5%.
